摘要
随着路面基层摊铺压实技术的不断升级和发展,大厚度水泥稳定碎石基层将逐步替代普通基层,进而大幅提升半刚性路面的承载能力和服役年限。为进一步加强大厚度水泥稳定碎石基层的施工质量精细化控制能力,以大厚度水泥稳定碎石基层的工后弯沉、厚度、压实度及无侧限抗压强度现场实测指标为研究对象,基于灰关联理论,建立了上述指标间的灰关联度计算模型;最后按照施工项目现场的实测数据计算了工后弯沉与工后压实度、厚度及无侧限抗压强度指标间的灰关联度值,实现了指标间的关联性程度定量评价,为指导施工质量控制实践提供了参考。
With the continuous upgrade and development of paving and compaction technologies of pavement foundations,the large-thickness cement stabilized macadam foundation gradually replaces the normal foundation to greatly improve the bearing capacity and prolong the service life of the semi-rigid pavement.To further enhance the fine control capacity of construction quality,this paper focused on the measured post-work indexes of deflection,thickness,compactness,and unconfined compressive strength of the large-thickness cement stabilized macadam foundation,to establish the calculation model of grey correlation degree of each index based on the grey correlation theory.This paper calculated the values of the grey correlation degrees between deflection and three indexes of compactness,thickness,and unconfined compressive strength according to the measured data of the construction field,which realized the quantitative evaluation of correlation degree among indexes and provided a reference for guiding construction quality control practice.
