摘要
市政下穿隧道与高架桥合建工程结构体系复杂,影响合建结构受力变形特性的因素很多,其中合建结构分部工程的施工工序对结构受力变形的影响特性需要在结构设计阶段研究清楚。基于实际工程对地下结构与高架桥合建工程施工工序对合建结构的影响进行深入分析。研究结果表明:先桥后隧和先隧后桥在施工工序转换过程中有较小差异,但最终受力状态基本一致;先桥后隧和先隧后桥对基坑变形的最终影响相当,但工序转化过程中差距明显,先桥后隧时,基坑最大隆起为20 mm,先隧后桥时,基坑最大隆起为14 mm,相比减少了30%。合建结构最终的受力变形状态受施工工序的影响较小,但建设过程中先隧后桥更有利于对基坑变形的控制,有效降低建设风险。
The co-build engineering of the municipal under-crossing tunnel and the overpass has a complex structural system with various factors affecting the stress and deformation characteristics of the co-build structure,so it is necessary to clarify the influence of the construction procedure of the division project in the design stage.Based on engineering practice,this paper deeply analyzed the influence of the co-build construction procedure of the underground structure and overpass on the co-build structure.The analysis results showed that there was a small difference in the transition of construction procedure between the overpass-first tunnel-after and tunnel-first overpass-after,but the final stress states were basically the same.The overpass-first tunnel-after and tunnel-first overpass-after had similar final influences on the deformation of the foundation pit,however,they had significant differences in the procedure transition.Specifically,the maximum uplift of the foundation pit of the overpass-first tunnel-after was 20 mm,and that of the tunnel-first overpass-after was 14 mm which was reduced by 30%.In a word,the final stress deformation state of the co-build structure is less affected by the construction procedure,but the tunnel-first overpass-after is more conducive to controlling the deformation of the foundation pit in the construction,effectively reducing the construction risks.
