摘要
浆细胞肿瘤相关贫血的发生主要与克隆性浆细胞无限制增殖密切有关,其他如Fas-L/TRAIL介导的红系前体细胞凋亡增加、细胞因子抑制红系造血、铁代谢异常和促红细胞生成素生成异常也参与其中。贫血的治疗主要是针对浆细胞病的治疗,输注红细胞、红细胞造血刺激剂和补充造血原料为辅助治疗。
The occurrence of plasma cell tumor-related anemia is closely associated with the unrestricted proliferation of clonal plasma cells.Other mechanisms include Fas-L/TRAIL-mediated increased apoptosis of erythroid precursor cells,cytokine inhibiting erythropoiesis,and abnormal iron metabolism and erythropoietin production.The treatment for plasma cell tumor-associated anemia is mainly the treatment for plasma cell disease.Other treatments include infusion of red blood cells,erythropoiesis-stimulating agents and supplementation of hematopoietic materials which are used as adjuvant therapies.
