摘要
该文以开展东莞市燃煤工业锅炉能效提升节能量测量和验证工作经验为基础,结合当前燃煤工业锅炉能效提升的政策背景,分析燃煤工业锅炉节能改造措施类型,研究各类锅炉能效提升项目的节能量测量和验证方法,提出采用蒸汽单耗计算节能量、采用全厂的产品单耗计算节能量、采用锅炉效率变化计算节能量的优缺点及可能存在的问题,探讨在开展工业锅炉节能量测量和验证中常见问题及处理方法。供从事工业锅炉能效提升工作的相关工作人员参考。
Based on experience of energy saving audit about coal-fired industrial boilers energy efficiency increased,Dongguan city,combined with the current policy background for energy efficiency improvement of coal-fired industrial boilers,analysis types of energy-saving measures about coal-fired industrial boilers,and energy saving calculation method of energy-saving measures,put forward the advantages and disadvantages and possible problems of using steam unit consumption to calculate energy saving,plant-wide product unit consumption to calculate energy saving,and boiler efficiency change to calculate energy saving,discuss the common problems in conducting energy saving audit and how to deal with.For the reference of relevant staff engaged in energy efficiency improvement of industrial boilers.
