铝合金疲劳磁性变化试验

Test of magnetic change in fatigue process of aluminum alloy

摘要 针对铝合金疲劳,有试验表明在疲劳裂纹萌发区域存在Fe元素富集。根据该现象,该试验基于弱磁检测原理,采用高精度弱磁检测仪监测铝合金疲劳过程磁感应强度,发现铝合金疲劳断裂磁感应强度减小。通过Squid测试疲劳前和疲劳断裂后铝合金试样的磁化率,发现疲劳断裂后铝合金磁化率变大,经计算因疲劳后磁化率变化所产生磁感应强度变化与试验测得数值相等。采用EDS测定疲劳前和疲劳断裂后元素含量,发现疲劳断裂区域富集Fe元素,导致磁化率变大。 For aluminum alloy fatigue,some tests show that there is Fe enrichment in the fatigue crack initiation region.According to this phenomenon,based on the principle of weak magnetic detection,a high precision weak magnetic detector was used to monitor the fatigue process magnetic induction of aluminum alloy,and it was found that the fatigue fracture magnetic induction of aluminum alloy was reduced.The magnetic susceptibility of aluminum alloy samples before and after fatigue fracture is measured by Squid,and it is found that the magnetic susceptibility of aluminum alloy increases after fatigue fracture.The calculated magnetic susceptibility change of aluminum alloy before and after fatigue fracture is equal to the magnetic induction value measured by experiment.Using EDS to measure the element content before fatigue and after fatigue fracture,it was found that Fe was enriched in the fatigue fracture area,which led to the increase of magnetic susceptibility.
