摘要
针对霍普金森杆测试技术缺乏校准途径的问题,提出基于激光干涉测量技术的霍普金森杆动态应变校准技术。通过激光干涉仪对霍普金森杆自由面速度直接测量,经计算得到应变脉冲,与霍普金森杆应变计输出信号比对,实现对霍普金森杆动态应变测量的校准和量值溯源,并通过动态应变脉冲信号波形整形,提高了校准结果准确度。试验表明,该校准方式操作简便、重复性好、准确度高,动态应变校准范围可达500με至3300με,可为霍普金森杆测试技术提供计量保障。
To provide a calibration approach for Hopkinson bar testing technology,calibration technology of Hopkinson bar dynamic strain based on laser interferometric technology is proposed.The free surface velocity of Hopkinson bar is measured directly by laser interferometer,and the strain pulse is obtained by conversion.The calibration and traceability of Hopkinson bar dynamic strain measurement are realized by comparing signals of the strain gauge and signals of thelaser interferometer.The accuracy of calibration results is improved by waveform shaping of the dynamic strain pulse signal.The test results show that the calibration method has easy operation,good repeatability and high accuracy,and the calibration range of dynamic strain is up to 500με-3300με.The calibration method can provide measurement guarantee for Hopkinson bar testing technology.
