摘要
过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPAR)在核激素受体中起着非常重要的作用。PPRA有许多亚型,其γ亚型(PPARγ)是控制内分泌代谢的。通过实验的方法论证了PPAR受体在小分子肽筛选中的作用。选择人参总皂苷、人参皂苷和大黄提取物作为实验对象,以验证不同筛选方法的可行性。使用人参总皂苷和大黄提取物在自制的生物柱上分析实验中的试剂。实验结果表明,总人参皂苷和大黄提取物具有作用于PPARγ的成分。
Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(PPAR) is a very important member of the medical community and plays a very important role in nuclear hormone receptors. There are many subtypes of PPRA, and its gamma subtype(PPARγ) is a key factor in controlling endocrine metabolism. In this paper, the role of PPAR receptors in the screening of small peptides was demonstrated by experimental methods. The ginseng total saponins, ginsenosides and rhubarb extracts were selected as experimental subjects to verify the feasibility of different screening methods. The reagents in the experiments herein were analyzed on a homemade biocolum using ginseng total saponins and rhubarb extracts. The experimental results showed that the total ginsenoside and rhubarb extract had components acting on PPARγ.
