摘要
结垢、腐蚀和细菌繁殖是循环冷却水系统中的三个主要问题,这些问题的出现会给生产带来很多不利影响。根据以往文献报道,综述了工业循环冷却水化学药剂的阻垢及杀菌技术进展,对阻垢剂和杀菌剂在应用过程中的改性、复配和合成阻垢杀菌共聚物三种主要方式进行总结,并进一步论述了药剂中活性基团间的相互作用。探求循环冷却水系统中的结垢、腐蚀、微生物繁殖等问题产生的规律,分析并总结解决问题的方法,为工业生产使用的相关水处理剂设计配方或合成药剂提供借鉴。
Fouling,corrosion and bacterial growth are three major problems in circulating cooling water systems,and these problems have many adverse influences on production.In this paper,based on the previous literature reports,the progress of scale inhibition and sterilization technology of industrial circulating cooling water was reviewed,the modification and compounding of scale inhibitors and fungicides were summarized as well as synthesizing scale inhibition bactericidal copolymers in the application process.The interaction between reactive groups in the agent was further discussed.The rules of scaling,corrosion and microbial reproduction in circulating cooling water systems were investigated,the methods to solve the problems were analyzed and summarized,which could provide reference for the design of relevant water treatment agent formulations or industrial production of synthetic agents.
