摘要
针对当前煤气化行业排污达标问题,提出一种基于吸附-生化处理工艺的处理工艺。采用实验对比的方法,设置三组不同的实验方案,以陕西省某公司的煤气化废水作为处理实验对象,在不同水焦比和不同吸附方案下,取样进水口、吸附出水和曝气池出水口中的水,并进行测定,得到经吸附-生化处理后的废水CODcr值最小,并且重金属离子浓度在正常运行范围,达到排污标准,说明该工艺具有一定可行性。
In order to meet discharge standards in coal gasification industry,a new treatment process based on adsorption-biochemical treatment process was proposed.In this paper,three different experimental schemes were set up by means of experimental comparison.The coal gasification wastewater from a company in Shaanxi province was taken as the experimental object,under different water-coke ratio and different adsorption schemes,the water at the inlet,the outlet of adsorption tank and the outlet of the aeration tank was sampled and determined.The results showed that the wastewater after adsorption-biochemical treatment had the smallest CODcr value,and the concentration of heavy metal ions was in the normal operation range.The treated waste water met the sewage discharge standard,showing that the process is feasible.
