摘要
采用水溶液自由基聚合法,以丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)为单体、过硫酸铵为引发剂、叔丁醇为分子量调节剂,合成含有多官能团的新型共聚物阻垢剂。以单体配比、引发剂用量(占单体总质量)、分子量调节剂用量、水浴温度和反应时间五个影响因素为基础,设计正交方案确定最佳的合成反应条件。低剂量的共聚物在静态实验中对碳酸钙、硫酸钙等阻垢效果可达到80%以上。采用红外光谱(FI-IR)、热重法对共聚物阻垢剂进行表征,红外结果表明共聚物含有羧基、磺酸基等多官能团,热重分析说明共聚物的热稳定性较好。扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)及红外分析结果表明共聚物破坏了碳酸钙晶体的结构,有效地抑制了碳酸钙垢的生长。
New copolymer scale inhibitor was synthesized by aqueous solution free radical polymerization method using acrylic acid(AA),hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA),allyl sulfonate(SAS)as monomers,ammonium persulfate as initiator,and tert-butanol as molecular weight regulator.Based on five factors of monomer ratio,initiator dosage(accounting for the total mass of monomer),molecular weight regulator dosage,water bath temperature and reaction time,an orthogonal scheme was designed to determine the best synthetic reaction conditions.The scale inhibition effect of low-dose copolymers on calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate was more than 80%in static scale inhibition experiment.Infraredspectroscopy(FI-IR)and thermogravimetric method were used to characterize the copolymer scale inhibitor.The infrared results showed that the copolymer contained carboxyl groups,sulfonate groups and other functional groups.The thermal weight analysis showed that the copolymer had good thermal stability.The results of SEM,XRD and FI-IR showed that the copolymer destroyed the structure of calcium carbonate crystals and effectively inhibited the growth of calcium carbonate.
