聚氨酯基约束阻尼复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘要 在普通聚氨酯材料中引入接枝型基体,阐述了复合聚氨酯阻尼材料的制备方法,研究了合成后材料在不同枝接含量下阻尼材料静态力学性质、阻尼性能情况,以及异氰酸根含量对该复合材料的相容性以及黏弹性的影响,结果表明:当聚氧化丙烯多醇2010和聚氧化丙烯多醇1000配合比由1∶1逐渐减至1∶4时,材料断裂伸长率逐渐增大,大致呈指数变化;随配合比的减小,材料定力拉力主要在0.67~1.92 MPa范围内变动,大致呈线性减小,主链∶支链为1∶4的聚氨酯材料耗能较大,阻尼性能较好;4.35%、6.26%和9.31%含量的异氰酸根材料均对应一个转变峰,当三种材料对应的软段Tg值分别为-31.4、-27.5、-24.3℃,且均表现为较宽的阻尼温度以及较大的损耗因子。 In this paper, a graft type matrix was introduced into common polyurethane materials. The preparation method of composite polyurethane damping materials was expounded. The static mechanical properties and damping properties of the damping materials under different grafting contents were studied, the effect of isocyanate content on the compatibility and viscoelasticity of the composites was investigated. The results showed that: when the mixing ratio of polyoxypropylene polyol 2010 to polyoxypropylene polyol 1000 was gradually reduced from 1∶1 to 1∶4, the elongation at break of the material gradually increased, which was roughly exponentially changed;with decreasing of the mix ratio, the tensile force of the material mainly changed in the range of 0.67~1.92 MPa, which was roughly linearly reduced;when the ratio of main chain to branch chain was 1:4, polyurethane material had higher energy consumption and better damping performance;when isocyanate content was 4.35%,6.26% and 9.31%, corresponding transition peaks appeared. When Tg values of the soft segments corresponding to three materials were-31.4,-27.5 and-24.3 ℃, respectively, their damping temperatures were broad, and loss factors were large.
