摘要
基于部分酮苯脱蜡脱油装置蜡产品含油高、润滑油基础油收率低、过滤机处理量低的情况,阐述了酮苯装置的过滤原理和一些过滤基本知识,分析了过滤动力、过滤速度、反吹、冷洗等几个影响过滤的因素,从处理量和蜡饼中的油溶液量体现过滤机运转好坏的两个方面进行研究,找出蜡结晶形态、过滤机操作、过滤动力、温洗、冷洗等影响因素,并针对不同情况找出适合的解决办法,通过采取这些办法可以提高蜡产品质量、油收率和过滤机处理量,降低装置的能耗。
Based on the situation of high oil content in wax product, low yield of lube base oil and low capacity of filter in some Mek-Tol unit, the filtration principle and some basic knowledge of Mek-Tol unit were expounded, and several factors affecting filtration were analyzed, such as filtration power, filtration speed, back blowing and cold washing. From the two aspects of the treatment capacity and the oil solution amount in the wax product to reflect the operation effect of the filter, the influencing factors of wax crystal form, filter operation, filter power, warm washing and cold washing were studied. And according to different situations, suitable solutions were put forward to improve product quality, increase oil yield and filter processing capacity and reduce energy consumption of the unit.
