摘要
按照药典含量检测的相关规定,检测中药减肥降脂方中黄酮的含量并考察比色法的可靠性。采用了超声辅助乙醇回流法测定减肥降脂复方中黄酮的含量,所测曲线相关性良好,符合Lambert-Beer定律。减肥降脂复方中总黄酮质量分数为45.065 3 mg·g-1,精密度的相对标准偏差为1.80%,重复性的相对标准偏差为1.50%,稳定性的相对标准偏差为0.44%,平均加标回收率的相对标准偏差为102.20%,表明比色法检测减肥降脂复方中的黄酮含量符合相关规定。
According to the relevant regulations of pharmacopoeia content detection,the content of flavonoids in weight-reducing and lipid-lowering prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine was detected and the reliability of colorimetry was investigated.Ultrasonic-assisted ethanol reflux method was used to determine the content of flavonoids in weight-reducing and lipid-lowering compound.The measured curves have good correlation and conform to Lambert-Beer law.The content of total flavonoids in weight-reducing and lipid-lowering compound is 45.0653 mg·g-1,the relative standard deviation of precision is 1.80%,the relative standard deviation of repeatability is 1.50%,the relative standard deviation of stability is 0.44%,and the relative standard deviation of average standard addition recovery rate is 102.20%,which indicates that the content of flavonoids in weight-reducing and lipid-lowering compound detected by colorimetry conforms to relevant regulations.
