聚丙烯装置排放气压缩机曲轴密封改进 被引量:2

摘要 描述了聚丙烯装置排放气压缩机曲轴密封寿命短、频繁泄漏问题,通过充分了解现场使用工况,结合往复式压缩机的结构特点,找出了排放气压缩机曲轴机械密封频繁失效的原因。该旋转轴跳动超过0.13 mm,并且材质较软,双端面机械密封依靠"O"型环传动,易对旋转轴造成损伤。经过分析,对原曲轴密封结构进行升级改造,增加轴套固定取代"O"型环传动,并喷涂碳化钨,减少"O"型环与轴套的摩擦力,有效地抵消了轴向跳动力,解决了曲轴密封泄漏问题,延长了密封的使用寿命,实现了排放气压缩机的长周期运行。 Some problems of the crankshaft seal for the exhaust gas compressor in polypropylene plant were described,such as short service life,frequent leakage and so on.Combined with the structural characteristics of reciprocating compressor,through investigating the field operation conditions,the root causes of frequent failure of the crankshaft mechanical seal for the exhaust gas compressor were found out,including soft materials of rotating shaft,more than 0.13 mm shaft runout and the damage of rotating shaft.After analysis,the structure of the original crankshaft seal was also updated to solve the leakage problem and extend the service life of the seal,such as adding fixed shaft sleeve to replace O ring drive and using sand blast with tungsten carbide in order to decrease the friction between O ring and sleeve to offset the axial movement effectively.Now the long-period operation of the exhaust gas compressor has been approached.
