蒽醌加氢制双氧水催化剂宏观/微观耦合表征技术 被引量:1

Macro/micro Coupling Characterization Technology for Pd/AlO Catalysts for HO Production From Anthraquinone Hydrogenation

摘要 采用光学显微镜、电子探针、透射电子显微镜及扫描电子显微镜等手段对蒽醌加氢制双氧水Pd/Al2O3催化剂的核壳厚度、金属宏观分布、粒径及粒径分布、金属分散度、催化活性中心等物化性质进行系统的表征,形成了宏观/微观耦合表征技术,实现了对催化剂多角度的系统表征。采用预还原手段增强催化剂壳层与载体吸光度差异,使用光学显微镜精确测定催化剂的壳层厚度。通过超薄切片与TEM/HAADF像联用表征Pd/Al2O3贵金属的分散性质,并建立了4种定量化指标。以高分辨TEM来确定贵金属颗粒的晶面特性。采用SEM背散射电子像发现活性金属在载体上还分散有几十甚至上百纳米的大尺寸粒径Pd粒子。所提出的催化剂宏观/微观耦合表征技术可在新型高性能催化剂的研发中起到重要的支撑作用。 The physicochemical properties of Pd/Al2O3 catalyst for hydrogenation of anthraquinone to hydrogen peroxide were systematically characterized by optical microscopy,electron probe microanalysis,transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy,such as the core-shell thickness,macro distribution,particle size and particle size distribution,metal dispersion,catalytic active center and other physical and chemical properties.The macro/micro coupling characterization technology was formed,and the multi angle characterization of catalyst was realized.The difference of absorbance between catalyst shell and support was enhanced by pre-reduction,and the thickness of catalyst shell was measured by optical microscope.The dispersion properties of Pd/Al2O3 noble metals were characterized by ultra-thin section and TEM/HAADF images,and four quantitative indexes were established.The crystal face characteristics of noble metal particles were determined by HRTEM.SEM backscattered electron images showed that there were dozens or even hundreds of nanometer sized Pd particles on the carrier.The proposed macro/micro coupling characterization technology can play an important role in the development of new high performance catalysts.
