摘要
电池生产中,正极片切片后会进行一段时间的放置,测量正极片的含水量难以直接确定用于制作电池正极片是否变质。通过正极片放置在不同的湿度环境中,研究正极片的残碱量与电池循环保持率的关系。结果表明:正极片暴露在潮湿环境中,正极片中氢氧化锂随着时间的增加而减少,而碳酸锂质量分数随着时间增加而升高,导致以正极片制作的电池循环性能逐渐变差。
In battery production,the positive electrode plates are always placed for a period of time,measuring the water content of the positive electrode tablets cannot directly determine whether the positive electrode plates used in the production of batteries have deteriorated.In this paper,the relationship between the amount of residual alkali content and the cycle retention rate of the battery was studied by placing the positive electrode plates in different humidity environments.The results showed that,whenthe positive electrode plates were in the humid environment,the lithium hydroxide in the positive electrode decreased with the increase of time,while the lithium carbonate content increased with the increase of time,resulting in the gradual deterioration of the cycle performance of battery made of the positive electrode.
