混合水用水相痕量示踪剂室内评价及应用 被引量:1

Indoor Evaluation and Application of Trace Tracer in Mixed Water

摘要 为考察混合水现场压裂应用情况,选用5种水相痕量化学示踪剂进行监测应用。根据室内实验评价,5种水相痕量示踪剂与混合水的配伍性好,加入混合水后配置的液体的相关性能未受到明显影响,包括混合水的黏度、耐温性能、破胶性能等方面。其中,加入5种水相痕量化学示踪剂后,质量分数为0.1%的SLW-1基液溶解时间为20 s、液体黏度11 mPa·s、降阻率为79.3%,基本与空白样一至;在110℃条件下,剪切110 min,质量分数为0.25%的SLW-1冻胶黏度可保持在60 mPa·s以上,加入5种水相痕量化学示踪剂后,耐温耐剪切性能基本保持不变;当加入0.02%破胶剂后,0.25%质量分数的SLW-1(空白样)在110℃条件下,剪切60 min后黏度降至50 mPa·s以下,而加入WCT后,0.25%质量分数的SLW-1在相同剪切条件下,黏度降至50 mPa·s以下。鄂尔多斯盆地H1储层岩心对痕量化学示踪剂的吸附率均小于0.6%。质量分数为0.25%的SLW-1破胶液对痕量化学示踪剂的吸附率均小于0.7%。 In order to investigate the on-site fracturing application of mixed water,trace chemical tracer in water phase was used for monitoring.The laboratory evaluation experiments showed that 5 kinds of water phase tracers had good compatibility with mixed water.It had no effect on the viscosity,rheological behavior and gel breaking performance of the mixed water.The dissolving time of 0.1%SLW-1 base solution was 20 s,the viscosity of the liquid was 11 mPa·s,and the resistance reduction rate was 79.3%,which was basically the same as that of the blank sample.At 110℃,the viscosity of SLW-1 gel with 0.25%concentration can be kept above 60 mPa·s after shearing for 110 min.After adding five kinds of trace chemical tracers in water phase,the temperature resistance and shear resistance remained basically unchanged.When adding 0.02%breaker,the viscosity of SLW-1(blank sample)with 0.25%concentration was reduced to 50 mPa·s after shearing for 60 min at 110℃.After adding WCT,the viscosity of 0.25%SLW-1 decreased to below 50 mPa·s under the same shear condition.The adsorption rate of trace chemical tracers on H1 reservoir core from Ordos Basin was less than 0.6%.The adsorption rate of SLW-1 gel breaker with concentration of 0.25%to trace chemical tracers was less than 0.7%.
