摘要
通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)与蒸发浓缩-火焰原子吸收法(AAS)的方法对比试验,为准确测定水中铁、锰、铜、锌、铅、镉6种金属元素含量提供可靠的方法依据。在确定两种方法工作曲线的基础上,用GBW(E)080195和GSB07—3186—2014(200935)两种标准物质进行验证,测试结果显示电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法6种元素方法检出限在0.0007~0.009 mg·L-1之间,相对标准偏差(n=9)在2.07%~6.27%之间;蒸发浓缩-火焰原子吸收法6种元素方法检出限在0.0008~0.01 mg·L^(-1)之间,相对标准偏差(n=9)在2.56%~7.91%之间;未知样品的回收率电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法在85.7%~112.5%之间,蒸发浓缩-火焰原子吸收法在81.3%~109.3%之间。两种方法精密度和准确度均满足GB/T8538—2008规范要求,均可准确、灵敏测定饮用水及水源水中6种元素。
Inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES)method and evaporative concentration-flame atomic absorption(AAS)method for determination of iron,manganese,copper,zinc,lead,cadmium 6 metal elements in water were compared.Based on the determination of the working curves of the two methods,the two standard materials GBW(E)080195 and GSB07—3186—2014(200935)were used for verification.The test results showed the detection limits of six elements by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry were between 0.0007~0.009 mg·L^(-1),the relative standard deviation(n=9)was between 2.07%~6.27%;the detection limit of six elements by evaporative concentration-flame atomic absorption method was between 0.0008~0.01 mg·L-1,the relative standard deviation(n=9)was between 2.56%-7.91%;The recovery rate of unknown samples was 85.7%-112.5%by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry,and 81.3%~109.3%by evaporative concentration-flame atomic absorption method.The precision and accuracy of the two methods met the requirements of GB/T8538—2008,and could accurately and sensitively determine the six elements in drinking water and source water.
