微观结构对W/O型含蜡原油乳状液流变性影响 被引量:7

摘要 基于显微观测法对不同搅拌速率下原油乳状液的微观结构进行观察,并以分散相平均粒径、分散程度和多分散度等参数表征其微观结构特征。在此基础上,基于旋转黏度计法,在不同实验条件下对大庆原油乳状液的黏温特性进行研究,考察了温度、剪切速率及微观结构对原油乳状液表观黏度降低速率及降低比例的影响规律,并确定了温度或剪切速率对乳状液黏度影响较高的区间范围和影响较低的区间范围。根据实验数据,采用相关性分析方法,明确了原油乳状液分散相的平均粒径和比表面积与其表观黏度之间基本呈高度负、正相关。结合原油乳状液在不同微观结构下的表观黏度,应用相关性分析法、最小二乘法对其进行多元非线性回归,明确原油乳状液表观黏度与其温度、剪切速率以及微观结构之间关联性,建立了分别适用于非牛顿流体范围和牛顿流体范围的原油乳状液定量描述的数学模型。 The microstructure of crude oil emulsion prepared at different stirring speeds was observed with microscopic observation,and the characteristics of the microstructure were described by the analysis of the dispersed phase parameters including the average particle size,the degree of dispersion,and the nonuniformity of average particle size.The effect of temperature,shear rate and the micro-structure on the decreasing rate and ratio of apparent viscosity of Daqing crude oil emulsion was investigated by the rotational viscometer method.Based on the correlation analysis method,highly negative or positive correlation between average particle size and specific surface area of dispersed phase with the apparent viscosity was revealed.Combining the apparent viscosity of crude oil emulsions under different microstructures,correlation analysis method and least square method were used to perform multiple nonlinear regression to make sure the interrelationship among the apparent viscosity of crude oil emulsions with its temperature,shear rateand microstructure,and then mathematical modelswere established for quantitative description of crude oil emulsion in non-Newtonian fluid range and Newtonian fluid range.
