摘要
本研究利用辽宁省瓦房店市元台乡玉米种植农户2018年与2019年连续两年的跟踪实地调研数据,分析了玉米规模机械化丰产增效栽培技术的经济效益,并根据随机前沿生产函数模型分析了玉米规模机械化丰产增效栽培技术的技术效率,得出以下结论:玉米规模机械化丰产增效栽培技术不仅能有效提高农户经济效益,发挥增产增收作用,还能显著提高玉米生产的技术效率。在灾害年份玉米规模机械化丰产增效栽培技术增产增收、提高技术效率的作用更显著。玉米规模机械化丰产增效栽培技术的采用使农户的产量平均值提高1717.28kg/公顷,纯收入增长了3469.2元/公顷,在灾害年份,与未采用玉米规模机械化丰产增效栽培技术的农户相比,采用该技术使农户的产量提高了3247.05kg/公顷,纯收入增长了6060元/公顷。对此,提出充分利用各种媒体和宣传渠道,不断丰富玉米生产增产增收推广方式;利用农村种植大户科技示范形式,发挥现有玉米生产示范、推广和带动作用;通过玉米生产托管等方式,大力推进农业生产规模化经营模式;加大农用机械补贴力度,创新农村机械化丰产增效技术的补贴机制等对策建议。
Based on maize farmers’continuous tracking survey data in Yuantai Village,Wafangdian City,Liaoning Province from 2018 to2019,this study analyzes the economic benefit of the scale-mechanized high-yield and benefit-increasing cultivation technology of maize,then analyzes the technical efficiency of this maize production technology with the stochastic frontier production function model.The results show that the scale-mechanized high-yield and benefit-increasing cultivation technology can not only increase maize yield and household income,effectively improve the economic benefit of maize farmers,but also significantly improve the technical efficiency of maize production.This cultivation technology result a more significant economic effect and technical efficiency in a disaster year.Farmers’who adopted this technology obtained an average yield increase of 1717.28 kg/ha,while average household net income increased by3469.2 yuan/ha.Compared with the undemonstrative households,the demonstrative households’yield increased by 3247.05 kg/ha,the net income increased by 6060 yuan/ha in disaster year.Therefore,this study suggests that the government should innovative the technology promotion mode,encourage demonstration households play the demonstrative role,promote large-scale operation and increase technical subsidies.
