摘要
随着“一带一路”倡议的不断贯彻落实和中俄关系的持续高质量发展,中国对俄罗斯蔬菜出口贸易前景广阔。根据2013~2020年联合国商品贸易统计数据库的相关数据,在概括中俄蔬菜贸易现状基础上,通过出口渗透率指数(EPR)、贸易竞争力指数(TC)、显示性比较优势指数(RCA)和贸易强度指数(TII)实证分析“一带一路”倡议下中国对俄罗斯蔬菜出口贸易竞争力及发展潜力。结果表明:中国对俄罗斯蔬菜出口规模整体呈增长态势,出口优势品种集中,贸易方式日趋多样化;中国蔬菜出口竞争力较强,中俄双方在蔬菜贸易上有较强互补性;中国与俄罗斯蔬菜贸易联系日益密切,发展潜力较大。提出推动贸易互联互通建设,促进中俄蔬菜贸易便利化;打造蔬菜出口优势品牌,强化对俄蔬菜出口竞争优势;把握“一带一路”机遇,挖掘对俄蔬菜出口发展潜力等对策建议。
With the implementation of the the Belt and Road Initiative and the continuous high-quality development of China-Russia relationship,China's vegetable export trade to Russia has a broad prospect.Based on the UN Comtrade trade data from 2013 to 2020,this paper selects the export penetration index,trade competitiveness index,demonstrative comparative advantage index and trade intensity index to analyze the trade competitiveness and development potential of Chinese vegetable export to Russia.The results show that the comparative advantage of Chinese vegetables is obviously higher than that of Russian vegetables.The trade intensity index of Chinese vegetable export to Russia is high,and the vegetable trade of both sides is closely linked.China and Russia should seize the opportunity of the Belt and Road Initiative,actively promote the construction of connectivity and promote vegetable export trade to Russia to enter a new stage of development.
