摘要
在DEA分析及建模基础上,选取资产总额、营业成本和资产负债率作为投入指标,选取营业收入、总资产周转率和净资产收益率作为产出指标,对中国医药制造企业的融资效率进行DEA分析,综合技术效率方面,样本企业向最佳效率和较高效率区间的转移明显,但整体效率水平欠佳;纯技术效率方面,样本企业的效率水平呈现出先上升后下降的特点,且部分企业的融资规模与技术水平之间适应性较低;规模效率方面,大多数样本企业达到较高效率或完全有效的水平,合理融资对企业达到最佳规模具有积极作用;规模报酬方面,样本企业中处于规模报酬不变的企业数量持续增加,但部分企业处于规模报酬递减效率水平,表明这类企业的规模已超过自身最佳规模水平。针对医药制造企业在技术水平、内部管理等方面的短板,企业自身要健全内部管理、增强发展动力;金融市场应提高资金供给水平、优化融资环境;政府部门需加强监督管理、发挥导向作用。
Based on Data Envelopment Analyisi(DEA)analysis and modeling,this study selects total assets,operating cost and assetliability ratio as input indicators,and selects operating income,total asset turnover rate and return on equity as output indicators.According to the DEA analysis of efficiency,in terms of comprehensive technical efficiency,the sample enterprises have shifted to the best efficiency and higher efficiency range obviously,but the overall efficiency level is not good.In addition,the adaptability between the financing scale and the technical level of some enterprises is low;in terms of scale efficiency,most of the sample enterprises have reached a relatively high efficiency or a completely effective level,and reasonable financing has a positive effect on the optimal scale of enterprises;in terms of scale returns,the number of firms with constant returns to scale in the sample firms continues to increase,but some firms are at the level of diminishing returns to scale,indicating that the scale of such firms has exceeded their optimal scale level.In view of the shortcomings of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in terms of technical level and internal management,the enterprises themselves should improve their internal management and enhance their development momentum.The financial market should improve the level of capital supply and optimize the financing environment.Government departments need to strengthen supervision and management and play a guiding role.
