摘要
银屑病是一种临床常见的红斑鳞屑性皮肤病。燕京赵氏皮科流派自创立之初即开展药浴疗法治疗银屑病。赵炳南教授独爱一味楮桃叶煎水外洗以清洁润肤止痒,张志礼教授在此之上创立侧柏水剂加强燥湿止痒之力,用于慢性肥厚性皮肤病,特别是银屑病的治疗。后世之家,在传承赵炳南教授、张志礼教授经验的基础上,将内服和外用相结合,并针对不同证型不同部位的银屑病患者开发新的药浴方剂,总体上以清热凉血解毒、润肤杀虫止痒为主,根据兼夹证进行加减用药,极大地丰富了药浴疗法的内容,也使方药更有针对性,提高了临床疗效。
Psoriasis is a clinically common erythematous and scaly skin disease.School of Zhao in Yanjing of Dermatology has applied herbal bath therapy for multiple skin diseases since its inception.Bingnan Zhao preferred using only broussonetia papyrifera leaves to cleanse and moisten the skin and relieve itch,based on which,Mr.Zhili Zhang invented the aqueous extract of phellodendron to strengthen the effect of drying dampness and relieving itch for chronic hypertrophic dermatitis,especially psoriasis.Later generations inherited the experience of Zhao and Zhang,combining internal and external applications to develop new herbal bath formulae for psoriasis patients according to different syndromes and different locations.Generally,the novel herbal bath formulae focus on clearing heat,cooling blood,and clearing heat and cooling blood to detoxify,moistening the skin and killing insects to relieve the itch with adding or subtracting herbs according to complications,which extremely enriches the content of herbal bath therapy,specifies the formulas,and improves clinical efficacy.
