摘要
光催化降解有机污染物被认为是解决水污染问题的有效途径,其中,以半导体作为光催化剂的降解过程具有多种优势。石墨相氮化碳作为一种半导体材料,具有适宜的禁带宽度和能带位置,以及较丰富的元素储备和较低的制备成本,得到了学术界的广泛关注。通过水热法将氮化碳和氧化铁2种纳米材料进行结合,制备了氧化铁/氮化碳复合催化剂。通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、固体紫外可见光谱、红外光谱和荧光光谱等表征方法对催化剂进行了表征,并应用该催化剂对有机染料亚甲基蓝(MB)进行了光催化降解。实验结果表明,氧化铁与氮化碳结合后产生了协同效应,具有优异的光催化降解有机染料亚甲基蓝性能。
Photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants has been considered as an effective way to address water pollution,and the degradation process with semiconductors as photocatalysts has many advantages.As a kind of semiconductor material,graphite phase carbon nitride has attracted extensive attention from the academic community because of its suitable band gap and band position,as well as richer element reserves and lower preparation costs.In this paper,two nanomaterials,carbon nitride and iron oxide,were combined by hydrothermal method to prepare iron oxide/carbon nitride composite catalyst.The catalyst was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,solid ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,and fluorescence spectroscopy,and the catalyst was used to photodegrade the methylene blue,an organic dye.The experimental results show that the combination of iron oxide and carbon nitride produces a synergistic effect,and has an excellent catalytic effect on the photodegradation of methylene blue.
