摘要
目的探讨胃癌患者术前疾病不确定感的影响因素及干预措施。方法选取2018年1月—2019年9月四川省攀枝花市中西医结合医院收治的胃癌患者90例,按照数字表法将其随机分为两组,每组45例。对照组应用常规护理措施,研究组应用系统性护理措施,分析两组患者不确定感因素改善情况。结果研究组干预后不明确性、复杂性、信息缺失、不可预测维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后不明确性、复杂性、信息缺失、不可预测维度差值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者在治疗前往往会存在各种不确定因素,对患者实施系统性护理干预可以有效降低患者不确定因素评分,提高疾病治疗安全性,可以在临床中进行进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the influencing factors and intervention measures of uncertainty of preoperative disease in patients with gastric cancer.Methods Ninety patients with gastric cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures and the research group was given systematic nursing measures.The improvement of uncertainty factors in the two groups were analyzed.Results The scores of ambiguity,complexity,lack of information and unpredictability dimension in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the differences of ambiguity,complexity,lack of information and unpredictability dimension in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There are various uncertainties in patients with gastric cancer before treatment.Systematic nursing intervention can effectively reduce the score of patients’uncertainties and improve the safety of disease treatment.It can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
