摘要
目的探讨无创心输出量测定技术(USCOM)动态监测新生儿心力衰竭患儿心输出量的价值。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月三台县人民医院收治的新生儿心力衰竭患儿40例为观察组,同期选取本院的健康新生儿40例为对照组。采用USCOM动态监测观察组患儿治疗前及治疗后12、24、48 h左、右心输出量及对照组新生儿的左、右心输出量。比较对照组与观察组(治疗前)左、右心输出量,比较观察组治疗前和治疗后12、24、48 h左、右心输出量。结果观察组左、右心输出量低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后12 h左、右心输出量与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后24、48 h左、右心输出量高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论采用USCOM动态监测新生儿心力衰竭患儿心输出量是方便可行的,能在临床上对患儿的治疗提供指导,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the value of ultrasonic cardiac output monitoring(USCOM)in dynamic monitoring of cardiac output in children with neonatal heart failure.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,40 cases of children with neonatal heart failure admitted to Santai County People’s Hospital were selected as the observation group,and 40 healthy newborns from this hospital were selected as the control group during the same period.The left and right cardiac output of children in the observation group before treatment and 12,24,and 48 hours after treatment,and the left and right cardiac output of newborns in the control group were dynamically monitored by USCOM.The left and right cardiac output of the control group and the observation group(before treatment)were compared,and the left and right cardiac output of the observation group before treatment and 12,24,and 48 h after treatment were compared.Results The left and right cardiac output of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in left and right cardiac output at 12 h after treatment in the observation group compared with that before treatment(P>0.05).The left and right cardiac output of the observation group at 24 and 48 h after treatment was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion It is convenient and feasible to use USCOM to dynamically monitor the cardiac output of children with neonatal heart failure.It can provide clinical guidance for the treatment of children and is worthy of clinical application.
