摘要
冠心病对患者身心健康均有严重危害,需要长期接受药物治疗,通过加强社区综合干预可提高患者的用药依从性,在药物管理的同时配合心理干预、健康教育、家庭干预、行为干预、认知干预及群组管理等非药物管理方式,可明确社区冠心病患者治疗期间存在的问题,进而给出针对性的解决思路与策略,最终改变患者的生活方式与行为方式,减少相关危险因素的出现,在促进患者健康的同时可提高其生活质量。本文主要从社区综合干预的定义、方法、药物管理、效果及不足等方面入手,旨在为社区医务人员与患者提供丰富的经验,进而有效解决其中存在的问题,改善患者的健康状况。冠心病的防治属于长期且艰巨的任务,需要社区医护人员与患者共同参与并配合、努力,才可取得较好的防治效果。
Coronary heart disease(CHD)has a serious harm to the physical and mental health of patients,and needs long-term drug treatment.Strengthening community comprehensive intervention can improve the medication compliance of patients.In addition to drug management,non drug management methods,such as psychological intervention,health education,family intervention,Behavioral intervention,cognitive intervention,group management and other non-drug management,can clarify the problems of patients with coronary heart disease in the community during the treatment,Finally,we can change the lifestyle and behavior of patients,reduce the occurrence of related risk factors,and improve the quality of life of patients while promoting their health.This paper starts from the definition,methods,drug management,effect and deficiency of community comprehensive intervention,It aims to provide rich experience for community medical staff and patients,and then effectively solve the existing problems and improve the health status of patients.The prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease is a longterm and arduous task,which requires the participation and cooperation of community medical staff and patients to achieve better prevention and treatment effect.
