摘要
目的探讨无缝隙护理对老年冠心病患者心绞痛控制及预后的效果。方法选取2019年7月—2020年7月解放军总医院第二医学中心收治的老年冠心病患者76例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组(38例)与研究组(38例)。参照组患者实施常规护理,研究组患者实施无缝隙护理,比较两组患者护理前后心绞痛发作次数、心率变化、心功能情况、心理状态、生活质量,比较两组患者护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者心绞痛发作次数、心率、任务代谢当量(MET)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、SAS评分、SDS评分、SF-36量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组心绞痛发作次数、心率低于参照组,MET、LVEF高于参照组,SAS评分、SDS评分低于参照组,SF-36量表评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度[94.74%(36/38)]高于参照组[79.95%(30/38)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理应用于冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗中,可有效改善临床症状,消除焦躁、抑郁等负性情绪,提高生活质量,护理效果显著,可广泛应用于临床。
Objective To explore the effect of seamless nursing on the control of angina pectoris and prognosis in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Seventy-six elderly patients with CHD admitted to the Second Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into the reference group(38 cases)and the research group(38 cases)by random number table METhod.Patients in the reference group were treated with routine nursing,and patients in the research group were treated with seamless nursing.The number of angina attacks,heart rate changes,cardiac function,psychological state and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.The nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in angina attack frequency,heart rate,task METabolic equivalent(MET),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),SAS score,SDS score and SF-36 score between 2 groups(P>0.05).After nursing,angina attack frequency and heart rate in the research group were lower than those in the reference group,MET and LVEF were higher than those in the reference group,SAS score and SDS score were lower than those in the reference group,and SF-36 scale score was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the research group[94.74%(36/38)]was higher than that of the reference group[79.95%(30/38)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing can effectively improve clinical symptoms,eliminate anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,improve the quality of life,nursing effect is significant,can be widely used in clinical.
