摘要
目的探讨无缝隙护理在冠心病介入治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月南京中医药大学附属医院收治的行介入治疗的冠心病患者80例,随机分为两组。研究组患者开展无缝隙护理,对照组患者开展常规护理。比较两组患者护理满意度、护理质量及手术并发症发生率。结果研究组患者护理满意度为87.5%(35/40),高于对照组的72.5%(29/40)(χ2=4.935,P<0.05)。研究组患者业务水平、护理态度、心理干预、健康宣教评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者手术并发症发生率为17.5%(5/40),低于对照组的40.0%(11/40)(χ2=4.235,P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理能提高冠心病介入治疗患者的护理满意度、护理质量及手术安全性。
Objective To explore the application effect of seamless care in interventional treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 80 cases of coronary heart disease patients undergoing interventional therapy in Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The study group was applied seamless care,and the control group was applied conventional care.Nursing satisfaction,nursing quality and incidence of surgical complications were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 87.5%(35/40),which was higher than 72.5%(29/40)of the control group(χ2=4.935,P<0.05).The scores of professional level,nursing attitude,psychological intervention and health education in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of surgical complications in the study group was 17.5%(5/40),which was lower than 40.0%(11/40)in the control group(χ2=4.235,P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless care can improve the nursing satisfaction,nursing quality and safety of operation of coronary heart disease patients undergoing interventional therapy.
