摘要
目的探讨对急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者,术后应用疏肝利胆汤治疗的疗效及对全身炎症反应的影响。方法将80例急性胆囊炎患者随机分成实验组与对照组,各40例。对照组患者单纯应用腹腔镜手术治疗方式,实验组同样是应用腹腔镜手术治疗,但同时在术后第2天给予疏肝利胆汤治疗14 d,比较两组患者临床疗效、症状缓解情况及全身炎症反应情况。结果实验组患者95.00%的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组77.50%(P<0.05);实验组患者体温复常时间、血常规复常时间及术后首次排气时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后7 d在血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平上均是较术前降低,实验组术后7 d各炎症因子指标水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜手术后,给予疏肝利胆汤有助于缩短患者术后首次排气时间,提高治疗效果,缓解全身炎症反应,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shugan Lidan Decoction on patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for acute cholecystitis and its effect on systemic inflammation.Methods 80 patients with acute cholecystitis were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery alone,and the experimental group was also treated with laparoscopic surgery,but at the same time,they were treated on the second day after surgery Ganlidan Decoction was treated for 14 days,and the clinical efficacy,symptom relief and systemic inflammation were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of 95.00%of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05);the time of returning to normal body temperature,blood routine returning to normal and the first postoperative exhaust time were significantly shorter in the experimental group than the control Group(P<0.05);The levels of serum CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before the operation on the 7 th day after operation.The levels of inflammatory factors in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 7 th day after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion After laparoscopic surgery for acute cholecystitis,the administration of Shugan Lidan Decoction helps to shorten the first postoperative exhaust time,improve the treatment effect,and relieve the systemic inflammation.It is worthy of promotion.
