摘要
目的综述近年来天然产物抗血小板聚集作用的最新研究进展。方法重点查阅61篇近期国内外天然产物抗血小板聚集的文献,对具有抗血小板聚集活性的天然产物进行总结和分析。结果总结得出114个天然产物单体成分并分析其在抗血小板聚集作用中发展前景,为研究和开发新型高效低毒的血小板聚集抑制剂提供理论基础。结论多种天然产物在抗血小板聚集作用方面具有良好开发前景,应对其进行更为深入的机制及构效关系研究从而筛选出新型血小板聚集抑制剂。
Objective To review the latest research progress on antiplatelet aggregation of natural products.Methods A total of 61 literatures related to antiplatelet aggregation of natural products were reviewed and analyzed.Results 114 compounds were summarized and their development prospects in antiplatelet aggregation were analyzed,which provided a theoretical basis for the research and development of new high efficiency and low toxicity inhibitors of platelet aggregation.Conclusion Many natural products have good development prospects in the aspect of anti-platelet aggregation.Further studies on mechanism and structure-activity relationship should be conducted to identify new platelet aggregation inhibitors.
