摘要
脓毒症是感染引起的危及生命的多器官功能障碍综合征,其免疫稳态的失衡,是导致该病死亡的主要诱因。人体肺、肠功能对宿主健康和免疫功能具有重要的调节作用,但目前对其缺乏深入研究。本文从肺-肠同治的角度阐述脓毒症免疫紊乱的治疗,以期为临床医生对脓毒症的治疗提供新的策略。
Sepsis is a life-threatening multiple organ dysfunction syndrome caused by infection.The imbalance of immune homeostasis is the main cause of death.Human lung and intestinal functions play important roles in regulating host health and immune function.There is a lack of in-depth research on them.This article reviews the treatment of immune disorders in sepsis from the perspective of simultaneous treatment of lung and intestine,in order to provide a new strategy for clinicians to treat sepsis.
