摘要
创伤是各种致伤因素导致的以出血、重要脏器损伤、休克和凝血机制异常为特征的临床常见疾病,严重威胁患者的生命安全。快速准确地诊断、评估和及时适当的治疗措施对改善创伤患者临床预后至关重要。本文拟从急诊视角评估创伤患者早期病理生理异常,通过分析相关危急值变化,从而评估患者的临床危急状态,为创伤患者早期的临床救治提供参考。
Trauma is a common clinical disease characterized by bleeding,injury of important organs,shock and abnormal coagulation mechanism caused by various injury factors,which seriously threatens the life safety of patients.It is essential to improve the clinical prognosis of trauma patients which evaluate and diagnose quickly and accurately,and timely and appropriate treatment.This article aims to evaluate the pathophysiological changes in the early stage of trauma from the perspective of emergency,observe the changes in trauma-related laboratory critical values,so as to evaluate the clinical critical status of trauma patients,so as to provide references for the early clinical treatment of trauma patients.
