摘要
页岩地层含气量是页岩气生产力评价和资源量预测评估的关键。页岩气勘探与开发测试技术的进步,将直接推动页岩气产业的发展。国内外已建立了初步的页岩气含气量测定和评价方法,对含气量的测定包括直接测定法和间接测定法。直接测定法很少有人使用,配套的实验设备更是少之又少。为此,研发了一套采用直接测定法的装置,以实现页岩气含量的在线实时测量。页岩油气现场检测装置由主控系统和油气采样系统两部分组成,主控系统包括机柜、工控机、质谱仪和备用电源,油气采样系统由过滤装置、真空泵、气缸、压力平衡罐、称重装置组成。通过编制软件,实现了在线流程控制。使用两种气体样本对装置进行测试,结果表明,该装置可以进行气体组分、气体浓度、液体质量的在线定量检测,检测精度达到了要求的指标,可用于页岩气勘探开发中含气量的测量。
Gascontent of shale formation is the key of evaluation on productivity and resource forecast of the shale gas.The progress of testing technology in exploration and development of the shale gas will improve the development of shale gas industry directly.Preliminary measuring and evaluation method for theshale gas con-tent has been established at home and abroad.There are two kinds of measuring method∶direct one and indirect one.Direct measuring method is seldom used and corresponding experimental equipment is fewer.So,a set of device for measuring directly is developed to realize online real-time measurement of the shale gas con-tent.Field test device for the shale oil and gas consists of main control system and oil-gas sampling system.The main control system includes cabinet,industrial personal computer,mass spectrometer and standby power.The oil-gas sampling system includes filter,vacuum pump,cylinder,pressure balance tank and weighing device.Software is compiled to realize the on-line flow control.Two kinds of gas samples are applied to test.The results show that the device can measure gas components,gas concentrations and fluid quality online quantitatively with the demands of measure accuracy,which can be applied to the measurement of gas content in shale gas for exploration and production.
