摘要
痛经是指妇女在月经前或经期出现下腹部疼痛、坠胀,或伴有其他不适的妇科常见疾病。现代医学尚未明确其病因,缺少有效药物根治。笔者通过总结文献和临床观察,认为痛经与肝的病理联系紧密。根据患者的临床表现不同,痛经一证可分虚实,实者为肝郁气滞血瘀、寒凝肝脉、肝郁脾虚生湿,湿郁化热,壅滞胞宫,不通则痛;虚者为肝血不足、肝肾亏虚,不荣则痛。以调治肝脏为治疗中心,常能取得较好疗效。
Dysmenorrhea is a common gynecological disease in which women have lower abdominal pain,swelling or other discomfort before or during menstruation.Modern medicine has not yet defined its etiology,and there is a lack of effective drugs to cure it.By summarizing the literature and clinical observation,the author believes that dysmenorrhea is closely related to the pathology of liver.According to the different clinical manifestations of patients,dysmenorrhea can be divided into deficiency and excess.The excess is liver depression,Qi stagnation and blood stasis,cold coagulation of liver meridian,liver depression and spleen deficiency generating dampness,dampness depression transforming heat,blocking the uterus and obstruction leads to pain.Deficiency refers to deficiency of liver blood,deficiency of liver and kidney and obstruction leads to pain.Taking the treatment of liver as the treatment center can often achieve good curative effect.
