摘要
目的观察健步虎潜丸对气滞血瘀型股骨头坏死患者的临床疗效。方法120例患者随机分为对照组和试验组,各60例。对照组口服双氯芬酸钠,试验组口服健步虎潜丸加减+双氯芬酸钠,疗程均为60d。观察治疗前后两组患者的临床症状,影像学指标,血黏度,血脂,骨代谢指标;比较两组临床疗效、不良反应及随访6个月复发率。结果研究期间脱落4例。试验组总有效率98.3%,高于对照组的78.9%(P<0.05);试验组(显效+有效)复发率6.9%,低于对照组的44.4%(P<0.05);试验组血黏度,血脂,骨代谢指标较对照组明显改善(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率1.7%,明显低于对照组的24.6%(P<0.05)。结论健步虎潜丸加减可有效改善气滞血瘀型股骨头坏死患者的临床症状,不良反应和复发率低。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Jianbuhuqiantang modified on osteonecrosis of the femoral head patients due to Qi-blood stagnation type.Methods 120 cases were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group,70 cases each.The control group was given diclofenac sodium,while the experimental group received Jianbuhuqiantang modified+diclofenac sodium for 60 days.The clinical symptoms,imaging indexes,blood viscosity,blood lipid and bone metabolism were observed before and after treatment.Clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence rate in 6 months follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results There were 4 cases of shedding during the study period.The total effective rate in the experimental group was 98.3%,higher than that 78.9%in the control group(P<0.05).Follow-up for 6 months,the(significant effect+effective)recurrence rate in the experimental group was 6.9%,lower than that in the control group 44.4%(P<0.05).Blood viscosity,blood lipid and bone metabolism in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 1.7%significantly lower than 24.6%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianbuhuqiantang modified could effectively improve the clinical symptoms and imaging indicators of osteonecrosis of the femoral head patients due to Qi-blood stagnation type,and adverse reactions,recurrence rates are low.
