摘要
目的:探究护理风险评估在非综合征型唇腭裂患者的预后效果。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年3月深圳大学附属第一医院门诊收治的非综合征型唇腭裂患者120例作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组60例和观察组60例,其中对照组采用传统的护理方式,同时对对照组患者使用日常能力指数评分表进行评测;观察组患者的护理在对照组患者的基础上,使用风险评估表对其进行相应的风险评估,随后对其采用综合护理方式,比较两组患者干预后的护理质量以及患者的满意度状况等。结果:观察组护理人员的护理风险意识明显高于对照组,患者的护理质量合格率明显高于对照组,满意度明显高于对照组,舒适度及安全感明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在患者的门诊治疗中,运用护理风险评估,在一定程度上可以使护理人员对患者病情的风险意识加强,降低患者并发症的发生,同时可以避免护理中出现的问题,提升相关护理人员的专业技能和操作能力,提升患者的满意度,促进患者的康复。
Objective To explore the prognostic effect of risk nursing assessment in patients with non-syndromic cleft lip and palate.Methods From February 2019 to March 2020,120 patients with non-syndromic cleft lip and palate admitted to the outpatient department of the first affiliated hospital of Shenzhen university were selected as the research objects.Randomly divide them into a control group of 60 cases and an observation group of 60 cases.The control group adopts traditional nursing methods,and the patients in the control group are evaluated using the daily ability index score sheet;the nursing care of the patients in the observation group is based on the control group.Use the risk assessment form to carry out corresponding risk assessment,and then adopt a comprehensive nursing method to compare the quality of care and the satisfaction of the patients after the intervention of the two groups of patients.Results The nursing risk awareness of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The qualified rate of nursing quality of patients was significantly higher than that of the control group.The satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of the control group.The comfort and sense of security were significantly higher than that of the control group.Statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the patient’s outpatient treatment,the use of nursing risk assessment can strengthen the nurses’awareness of the risk of the patient’s condition to a certain extent,reduce the occurrence of complications of the patient to a certain extent,and avoid problems in nursing.To improve the professional skills and operational abilities of relevant nursing staff,improve patient satisfaction,and promote patient recovery.
