摘要
高技术、技能人才的获得与培养对现代企业技术改造升级、获得持续竞争力具有重要意义。面对激烈的市场竞争,企业将会对员工的技术、技能进行投资,以帮助企业获得市场竞争力,但投资回报率始终是企业技能培训投资行为的衡量器,技能已然成为企业培训策略选择的分析变量。对此,企业需要整合和优化企业培训需求分析模型,明确培训管理工作的三个基本思路,即推动人力资本的储备与扩展,促进学习型组织的逐步形成,符合构建良好企业文化要求。文后在企业培训策略方面提出了五大建议:培训内容要从单项培训转向全方位培训;培训资源从内部资源扩展到全球资源;培训管理要从传统课程的提供转变为学习环境的建设;培训评估要从培训活动本身升级到培训战略。
high-skilled personnel training and access to enterprise technology upgrading,access to competitiveness is of great significance.In the face of market competition,enterprises will invest in the skills that help them gain competitiveness,but the awareness of cost-benefit always restricts the behavior of skills training,skill becomes an endogenous variable to analyze the choice of enterprise training strategy.Therefore,enterprises need to integrate and optimize the training demand analysis model,and make clear the three basic train of thought of training management,that is,to promote the reserve and expansion of human capital,and to promote the formation of learning organization,meet the requirements of building a good corporate culture.In the aspect of enterprise training strategy,five suggestions are put forward:training content should be changed from vocational training to all-round training,training resources should be expanded from internal resources to global resources;Training Management from the traditional curriculum to the construction of learning environment;training evaluation from training activities themselves to training strategy.
