摘要
本研究的目的是分析种植体界面松质骨的力学性能,以及预紧力载荷对界面骨重建的影响作用.选择2只2.5月龄的雄性新西兰大白兔.其中一只作为手术组,在右侧股骨髁外侧打孔,采用过盈的方式植入一颗孔隙率为70%,尺寸为直径2 mm,高5 mm的3D打印钛合金多孔种植体,使种植体-骨界面产生预紧力载荷,另外一只自由饲养作为对照组.大白兔术后自然饲养12周使缺损界面充分愈合.根据愈后micro-CT影像进行显微有限元计算分析整合后骨组织的强度.结果表明种植体-骨界面之间的预紧力会促进骨重建进程.但是由于预紧力分布不均以及种植体的应力遮挡作用,导致界面骨量分布不均匀,在种植体上部出现应力遮挡区域,发生了骨吸收现象.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the mechanical properties of cancellous bone at the implant interface and the effect of preload on bone remodeling at the implant interface.Fourteen 2.5-month-old male New Zealand white rabbits were selected to drill holes in the lateral femoral condyle of the right femur and implant a porous titanium alloy implant with3 D printing by interference method to generate preload on the implant-bone interface.The implant structure is a porous cylinder with 70%porosity,2 mm in diameter and 5 mm in height.The rabbits were naturally fed for 12 weeks after operation to heal the defect interface.According to the micro-CT images,the strength of the integrated bone tissue was calculated and analyzed by micro-finite element method.The results show that the preload between implant and bone interface can promote the process of bone remodeling.However,due to the uneven distribution of preload force and the stress shielding effect of implants,the bone mass distribution at the interface is uneven,and there is a stress shielding area on the upper part of the implant,which results in bone resorption.
