水压与杂散电流耦合作用下混凝土中氯离子传输性能研究

摘要 综合考虑地铁环境受到的水压作用、杂散电流作用以及盐溶液侵蚀作用,设计使用了一种高压水箱,进行水压-杂散电流复合作用对混凝土中氯离子传输特征的试验研究.结果表明:单一水压作用对混凝土试块声速、回弹强度及氯离子扩散影响较小,单一杂散电流的作用较大,而水压和杂散电流的复合作用对此有协同增效的作用,会导致氯离子向混凝土内扩散的更快更多,使混凝土内部氯离子浓度更高;混凝土内部损伤微裂缝随着水压与杂散电流的增大变得更宽更多,增加了氯离子传输通道,是加速氯离子向混凝土内部传输的主要原因. Considering the hydraulic pressure,stray current and salt solution erosion of the subway environment,a high-pressure water tank was designed to study the transmission characteristics of chloride ions in concrete under the combined action of hydraulic pressure and stray current. The results were shown that the single hydraulic pressure had little effect on the sound velocity,rebound strength and chloride ion diffusion of the concrete test block,and the single stray current had a greater effect on it. The coupling effect of hydraulic pressure and stray current had a synergistic effect on the sound velocity,rebound strength and chloride ion diffusion of the concrete test block. The synergistic effect of hydraulic pressure and stray current made more and faster chloride ions diffuse into the concrete,resulting in higher chloride ion concentration in the concrete. With the increase of hydraulic pressure and stray current,the damage micro-cracks in concrete became wider and more,and the chloride ion transmission channels were increased,which was the main reason to accelerate the transmission of chloride ions to concrete.
