摘要
金黄色葡萄球菌菌液是细菌过滤效率试验的工作菌液,常在4℃条件下储存。文中通过连续7天对工作菌液进行跟踪,综合分析菌液外观变化、浓度变化、菌落生长及镜检形态变化等因素,以探讨工作菌液的储存有效期。结果表明,金黄色葡萄球菌菌液4天内可重复使用,通过有效期的研究减少了致病菌的培养,减少了污染,降低了微生物试验室风险。
Staphylococcus aureus liquid is the working bacterial solution for bacterial filtration efficiency test,and is stored at 4℃.In this paper,the working bacteria liquid was tracked for 7 consecutive days,and the factors such as the appearance change,concentration change,colony growth and microscopic morphology change of the bacteria liquid were comprehensively analyzed.It was concluded that the storage validity of the working bacteria liquid was 4 days.It reduced the cultivation of pathogenic bacteria,reduced pollution and reduced the risk of Microbial Laboratory by this study.
