摘要
针对回收过程中检测误差率(inspection-error-rates,IERs)和碳交易影响回收再制造及碳排放的问题,运用Stackelberg博弈方法求解并分析了由一个第三方回收商(负责回收与检测)、一个制造商(负责拆解与生产)和一个零售商(负责销售)组成的闭环供应链模型,通过数值算例探讨检测误差率、再制造率、碳交易价格对供应链决策、碳排放及利润的影响。研究发现:在一定条件下,回收商可通过适度增加检测成本的方式降低检测误差率,提高经济效益,减少碳排放;再制造率和碳交易价格的升高,均会促进检测误差率的降低,促进回收再制造,提高回收商的利润并减少碳排放;更高的再制造率可以增加制造商的利润。
To address inspection-error-rates(IERs)in the recycling process and the impact of carbon trading on recycling and remanufacturing as well as carbon emissions,a closed-loop supply chain model consisting of a third-party collector(responsible for collection and inspection),a manufacturer(responsible for disassembly and production),and a retailer(responsible for sales)was solved and analyzed by the Stackelberg game,and numerical examples were used to explore the impacts of the IERs and carbon trading price on supply chain decision-making,carbon emissions and profits.The study found that,under certain conditions,the collector can reduce the IERs by moderately increasing the inspection cost,which improves the economic benefits and reduces the carbon emissions;the increase of the remanufacturing rate and the carbon trading price will lower the IERs,facilitate the collection and remanufacturing,and increase the profits of the collector as well as reduce the carbon emissions;higher remanufacturing rates will increase manufacturer’s profit.
