运营高铁重点监测地段轨道变形测量评估分析方法 被引量:1

An Evaluation Method of Track Deformation Measurement in Key Monitoring Sections of Operating High-speed Railway

摘要 针对运营高铁轨道线形检测具有复杂性、周期性等特点,且相关的轨道变形测量评估分析研究较少,提出运营高铁重点监测地段轨道变形测量评估分析方法,并从测量原理、全站仪不整平自由设站、作业精度评估、轨道测量数据对比、轨道平顺性等方面展开研究。结果表明:对轨道线形数据进行建站精度和作业精度分析后,得出该线路每200 m区段范围内的轨道质量指数均在8 mm内。结合双线并行地段上下行同断面横向及垂向偏差对比分析,该区段轨道在大机捣固后,邻近涉铁施工对轨道未造成明显影响,轨道线形状态保持良好。实践证明,该方法有助于全面掌握轨道变形情况,进而采取相应措施来保障线路平顺性。该方法可为运营高铁涉铁施工期线形数据评估的规范性及标准化提供借鉴。 In view of the complexity and periodicity characteristics of track alignment detection of operating high-speed railway,and there is few research on track deformation measurement evaluation,this paper proposed the track deformation measurement evaluation method in key monitoring sections of operating high-speed railway.Research on measurement principle,free-stationing without leveling of total station,operation accuracy evaluation,comparative analysis of track measurement data,track smoothness analysis,etc.were carried out.The experimental results show that,after the station construction accuracy analysis and operation accuracy analysis of the original alignment data are qualified,the track quality index within each 200 m section of the line is calculated to be within 8 mm.Combined with the comparative analysis of the horizontal and elevation deviation of the same section of the up and down lines in the double track parallel section,it can be seen that after the track in this section is tamped,the adjacent railway construction does not have a significant impact on the section of the track,and the track alignment status remains normal.In conclusion,this method is helpful to comprehensively grasp the track deformation,and could help take corresponding measures to ensure the smoothness of the line.The evaluation method discussed could provide a reference for the standardization of linear data quality control and deformation analysis of operating high-speed railways during the construction period.
