摘要
2016年底《关于推进县级文化馆图书馆总分馆制建设的指导意见》的出台,标志着我国公共图书馆总分馆建设进入全面普及发展的新阶段。本文分析了此阶段天津市开展区级公共图书馆总分馆制建设工作面临的难点,并提出了解决策略,以期为其他地区总分馆制建设提供一定参考和借鉴。
At the end of 2016,the publication of Guiding Opinions of Propelling the Central-Branch Library System of County-Level Culture Centers&Libraries marked a new stage of the Central-Branch Library System construction of public libraries in China.This paper analyses the difficulties faced by district-level public libraries in Tianjin during the process of the Central-Branch Library System construction,and puts forward some solving strategies in order to provide some reference for other libraries in other areas.
