摘要
近年来有关大数据的研究在全球范围内得到广泛重视。图书馆拥有海量的数据信息,必然要积极投身到大数据技术的研究与发展之中。大数据的发展,将逐步推动图书馆开展精准化读者服务、主动化参考咨询服务。图书馆应广泛利用大数据,采取多种应对措施提升服务质量。
In recent years,the research on"big data"has received extensive attention worldwide.Library has a huge amount of data information,so they must actively participate in the research and development of big data technology.The development of big data will gradually promote the library to carry out accurate reader service,active reference service.The library should make wide use of big data and take various measures to improve service quality.
