摘要
本文从采访书目信息、图书供应能力和特色服务能力等方面,构建图书馆中标商评价体系,并以天津图书馆(天津市少年儿童图书馆)2021年中文普通图书项目为例,通过实践和完善评价体系、完善招投标环节、提高馆配商服务水平、加强馆配商和图书馆的合作,实现双赢的目标。
The paper establishs an evaluation system for the successful book bidders from the aspects of information of acquisition bibliography,book supply ability and characteristic service ability based on the service requirements of Tianjin Library for book supplier,.Taking the Chinese general book project of Tianjin Library in 2021 as an example,through practice and improving the evaluation system,we can improve the bidding process,improve the service level of book supplier,strengthen the cooperation between book supplier and libraries,and achieve the win-win goal.
