摘要
高步瀛《唐宋诗举要》承载着丰富的文化精神和思想内涵,有颇高的学术价值和教学意义,是一部经典之作。该书以编选注释的方式比较全面地展现了唐宋诗的整体风貌,从内容、体例、注释、评点等方面,多元化地呈现了唐宋诗的演进,同时也体现出高氏的治学思想和爱国精神。此书力求突出唐宋诗之“要”:选诗以抒怀感事、叙事写景、边塞征战、送别酬赠、行役游宴、登临怀古、山水田园等内容为主,旨在呈现丰富的样态与深厚的情志,有益于教学和引导青年,涵养其健康明朗、积极向上的情志思想。注释比较侧重对作家生平仕历、作品本事、历史事实、地理沿革、典章制度的笺释;而且以集评的方式,辑录历代诗论家的见解,斟酌损益,择善而从,既重诗旨之读解,又突出对诗歌结构的笺释。这样的体例安排,有益于诗歌的读解,拓宽了学生的阅读视野,示以治学门径,且彰显诗歌丰富的文化价值和强韧的生命力。同时体现了编者以学术为第一要旨、“行不违其所学”的理想追求。
Gao Buying’s Selected Notes to Tang and Song Poems is a classic work with rich cultural spirit and ideological connotation,high academic value and teaching significance.The book shows the overall style and features of Tang and Song poetry in a more comprehensive way by compiling and commenting.It presents the evolution of Tang and Song poetry in a diversified way from the aspects of content,style,annotation,comments,etc.,and also reflects Gao’s scholarship and patriotism.This book strives to highlight the“essentials”of Tang and Song poetry:the selected poems mainly focus on expressing feelings,narrating scenes,frontier fortress wars,farewell gifts,traveling banquets,visiting the ancient times,landscapes and idyllic areas,etc.,aiming to present a rich variety and deep feelings,which are beneficial to teaching and guiding young people,and cultivate their healthy,bright and positive feelings and thoughts.The annotation focuses on the writer’s life and official history,work skills,historical facts,geographical evolution,and the interpretation of laws and regulations;Moreover,in the form of collection and review,it collects the opinions of poetic theorists of previous dynasties,considers the profit and loss,and chooses the best.It not only stresses the interpretation of poetic purpose,but also highlights the annotation of poetic structure.Such a style arrangement is beneficial to the reading of poetry,broadens the students’reading vision,shows the way to study,and highlights the rich cultural value and strong vitality of poetry.At the same time,it reflects the editor’s ideal pursuit of taking academic as the first gist and“what he does does not violate what he has learned”.
