Knowledge Map Analysis of Environmental Regulation Research Hotspot Evolution in our Country

摘要 [目的/意义]当前环境方面的挑战已成为我国敏感的社会问题和政治问题,梳理已有环境规制文献,分析其研究热点的演化过程,对环境规制实践与理论的发展具有重要意义。[方法/过程]选取我国1998年1月1日至2019年7月2日环境规制领域的1473篇核心期刊文献,利用Citespace可视化分析手段进行时间切片处理,以关键词为核心、以研究热点聚类分析等为基础,厘清环境规制领域的研究演进历程并预测未来的发展趋势,以探究环境规制领域的未来研究方向。[结果/结论]环境规制领域研究依托波特假说、环境库兹涅茨曲线、演化博弈等理论基础,主要运用空间杜宾模型、方向性距离函数等研究方法,对不同时期的环境规制领域进行分析。目前环境规制领域的研究多集中在环境规制与技术创新、经济发展、产业竞争力、产业结构等的关系上,却忽略了环境体制的优化、企业对环境制度的履行程度、环境的地区差异以及民间机构与政府合作对环境治理的重要作用等,因此,这些也成为未来环境规制领域发展的趋势。 [Purpose/significance]The current environmental challenges have become sensitive social and political issues in China.Sorting out existing environmental regulations have important implications for environmental regulation practices and theoretical development.[Method/process]This paper took 1473 CNKI core journal articles in the field of environmental regulation from January 1,1998 to July 2,2019 in China as analysis samples,used Citespace visual analysis method for time slicing,and took the keywords as the core,based on the hotspot cluster analysis,clarified the research evolution of environmental regulation and predicted future development trends to explore future research directions in the field of environmental regulation.[Result/conclusion]The research in the field of environmental regulation relies on the Porter hypothesis,environmental Kuznets curve,evolutionary game and other theoretical foundations,and mainly uses the spatial Dubin model,directional distance function and other research methods to analyze the field of environmental regulation in different periods.At present,research in the field of environmental regulation mostly focuses on the relationship between environmental regulation and technological innovation,economic development,industrial competitiveness,industrial structure,etc.,but ignores the optimization of the environmental system,the degree of implementation of the environmental system by enterprises,regional differences in the environment,and the important role of cooperation between private organizations and the government in environmental governance,etc.Therefore,these have also become the development trend in the field of environmental regulation in the future.
