摘要
加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学的学科体系、学术体系、话语体系,是党中央关于哲学社会科学建设的使命职责、战略要求的重大发展。面对国家统一的时代要求,面对“台独”史观在中国台湾史学界乃至社会蔓延的形势,中国内地学界构建中国台湾史“三大体系”的任务重大而紧迫。为此,中国内地学界应该在马克思主义指导下,以“中华民族史观”为主轴,大力开展中国台湾史研究,并争取中国台湾的中国台湾史研究学界的认可和采纳;厘清中国台湾史研究的地位(中国地方史、边疆史),加强台湾地区近现代史的研究,完善中国台湾史研究的学科体系;明确中国台湾史研究的目的,处理好“藏诸名山”和“经世致用”、学术性和政治性的关系,加强中国台湾史研究学术性、科学性,进一步完善中国台湾史研究的学术体系;提炼标识性概念,批驳“台独”话语,建立自己的话语体系,占领中国台湾史研究的话语权高地。
The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China called on research fellows of philosophy and social sciences to put“the development of the discipline system,academic system and discourse system of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics(the“Three Systems”)”on the agenda.In light of the contemporary call for a reunited China and the widely spreading“Taiwan independence”concept of history in the academic world and the entire society in Taiwan region,it is a significant and pressing task for scholars in the mainland of China to build up the“three systems”for the study of Taiwan region of China history.Following the guidance of Marxism,historians in the mainland should promote the Taiwan region of China history research with the historical view of the Chinese nation as the main axis and make them recognized and adopted by scholars in Taiwan region;clarify the definition of Taiwan region of China history research(Chinese local history and frontier history),enhance the study of Taiwan’s region modern history,and improve the disciplinary system of Taiwan region of China history research;shed light on the purpose of research on Taiwan region of China history,find out a balance point between the academic purpose and the political or practical purpose,and leverage academic and scientific approaches to uphold the academic system of the study of Taiwan region of China history;summarize key concepts to refute the“Taiwan independence”discourse,establish our own discourse system,and occupy the high ground of discourse in the study of Taiwan region of China history.
