摘要
目的探究对行脑深部电极植入术(DBS)的帕金森患者围术期应用快速康复外科(FTS)理念的效果。方法将2018.01-2019.06间在我院行DBS植入的帕金森患者共76例为研究对象,根据数字表法随机分成对照组(围术期予以常规护理)与观察组(围术期运用FTS理念开展护理),比较两组护理效果。结果观察组总有效率比对照组更高(P<0.05)。护理前,两组UPDRS评分差异不显著(P>0.05);护理后,观察组UPDRS评分比对照组更低,睡眠量评分比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论对行DBS植入治疗的帕金森患者围术期运用FTS理念开展护理效果显著,能提升其手术效果,改善其生活质量。
Objective This article aims to explore the application of fast-track surgery(FTS)during DBS(deep brain stimulation)for Parkinson’s disease patients.Methods 76 patients with Parkinson’s disease underwent DBS from January 2018 to June2019 in our hospital were selected;according to random number table,patients were assigned to control group(conventional nursing)and observation group(FTS).The nursing effect was probed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);after intervention,UPDRS scores in the observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During surgery,FTS can remarkably improve the surgical effects and life quality.
